Two practical notes for the 30-day reality. First, count characters as the recipient sees them: most styled letters here are one codepoint each, so a 12-letter name stays 12 characters, but a few decorated styles secretly add hidden marks that can push you over 16 or get filtered. Second, a name that displays perfectly on your phone can show as empty boxes on a teammate's older device.
